Tossed "stir-fry" bread with scrambled eggs...#breakfastcontest#

For the tossed bread chop all the ingredients into cubes

In a hot pan, add your margarine and the onions, tomatoes and hoho...cook these for about 1-2minutes on medium heat

Add in the spices, I personally used mixed spices, curry powder and garam masala, and abit of dark soy sauce.. And mix well

Add in the chopped bread slices and stir ensuring all pieces are coated... Do this quickly ensuring the bread doesn't become soggy... Roughly 1minute

Add in the chopped dhania, toss and take off heat

For the scrambled eggs, mix the eggs milk and pinch of salt in bowl

In a hot pan put in the margarine

Pour in the egg mixture and "scramble" till you get your desired eggs cause personally I don't make them completely well done...

Remove and serve with your bread...

I served alongside a fruit plate and a warm glass of milk... But you can choose a hot beverage of your choice..
