Steps

Soak chane for overnight.

Now boiled the soaked chane.

Heat oil in a wok add hing and whole garam masale and roast it.

Add grated onion and saute it.

Add tomato puree and masala and saute it till leave the oil.

Now add boiled chane and cook on low flame for 20 minutes.

Serve with bhature and rice.
