Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan add hing,jeera and rai

Add ginger garlic paste and green chilli and saute

Add onion cook to light brown colour

Add tomatoes and kasoori methi and cook for 2minuts

Add salt,turmeric powder,garam masala powder and cook till oil saperates

Add boiled toor dal and mix well

Add water mix well and cook on medium flame for 4-5min.

Add Coriander leaves and switch off the flame

For tadka heat 1tbsp oil in a tadka pan after heating switch of the flame

Add redchilli powder to oil and pour this tadka over dal..
