Kala jamun balls:- Take khoya in a plate or bowl mashed and knead well.

Take a grated paneer in a small bowl knead well. Then add this to khoya plate.

Add all purpose flour, milk mix well everything and make a dough.

Take 3-4 tsp dough in a small bowl add red food colour and chopped pistachio and cashews, almond mix well.keep aside.

Now make a small balls stuff pistachio, almond mixture roll them in a round shape.

Roll all the kala jaumuns and keep them covered with a cotton kitchen towel.

Making sugar syrup for kala jamun:- Take a sugar and water in a pan on medium flame.

Add cardamom powder, saffron strands.

Cook till 2 string consistency. When sugar syrup is cooking.

You can frying the kala jamuns.

Take a pan add ghee on low flame.

Fry this small jamuns on low flame till it become black golden.

Place them on paper towel.

Then drop the kala jamuns into the syrup for 1-2 hour.

Serve hot or warm or chilled.
