Measure your ingredients as required

Pre-heat the oven at 220 degrees

Whisk the eggs and sugar in a bowl, until the mixture is creamy and double in bulk

Fold in flour gently.

Using a swiss rolls tin lined with a grease proof paper. Pour in the mixture and bake at 220 degrees for 6 minutes

Turn out onto a sheet of paper sprinkles caster sugar

Remove the paper from the swiss roll, spread with jam
- 8
Roll into the a fairly tight roll leaving the paperon the outside for sometime. Then remove the paper.
