Ingredients

  • 1Ib extra lean ground beef
  • 1 conion
  • 14-1/2 ozcan diced tomAries with roasted garlic and onions
  • 2 cgreen peppers
  • 15 ozcan tomato sauce
  • 3 cbeef broth
  • 1/2 Tbasil
  • 1/2 Toregano
  • 1 ccooked rice

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown beef with onion in skillet over medium heat

  2. 2

    Drain your beef and onions and place in crock pot

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and rest of ingredients.

  4. 4

    Cook on low 6-8 hours
