Steps

First boil the potatoes in one whistle and cool it down and remove the skin and with the help of fork make holes in the potatoes

In one pan take oil and deep fry the potatoes when the potatoes are turn brown then remove and keep aside

Make paste of ginger and green chilli and in pan put oil,cumin seeds,and paste of ginger chilli paste cook it nicely and one bowl take curd and add all dry masala and put this dahi mixture in the pan and mix it nicely add fry potatoes and add little water and cook till all masala r mix nicely and cook

Serve it with chapati
