It doesn't get much easier than this and it that tastes awesome.
Steps

With a sharp pointed knife or a fork poke several holes in the tenderloin

Pour 1/2 the bottle of the marinade on the tenderlion and work it into the holes
- 3
Cover it and put it into the fridge for an hour
- 4
Cut the pork in 1-1/4 inch medallions. This can be done in step 2 as well.

Grill them over medium to medium-high heat in sauce pan with a little olive oil until lightly browned on both sides. Five or six minutes each side.
