Ingredients

  1. 4potatoes
  2. bacon strips
  3. sausage
  4. mushrooms
  5. sticksmozzarella
  6. green onion
  7. salt & pepper
  8. sage
  9. basil
  10. crushed garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Microwave potatoes until tender

  2. 2

    Mix together
    -sausage
    -mushrooms
    -green onion
    -spices

  3. 3

    Carefully hollow out potatoes and discard the insides

  4. 4

    Cut mozzarella sticks in half and wrap each half in sausage mixture

  5. 5

    Stuff the potatoes with the sausage wrapped cheese sticks

  6. 6

    Wrap each potato in bacon and place on baking sheet

  7. 7

    Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes and enjoy!
