Ingredients

  1. Sattu ke parathe :-
  2. ForSattu stuffing:-
  3. 1 cupChana sattu
  4. 1 tbsp mango pickle masala
  5. 1 tspcumin seeds
  6. 1-2 tbspChopped coriander leaves
  7. 1-2Chopped green chilli
  8. To tasteSalt
  9. 4-5water
  10. 1 tspMustard oil
  11. ForFor outer covering daugh
  12. 2 cupsWheat flour
  13. 2 tspoil
  14. 1/2 tspsalt
  15. As requiredWater(to prepare soft dough
  16. ForChana ghugni:-
  17. 1 cupSoaked kale chane overnight
  18. Oil 2 tablespoons
  19. 1 tspHing pinch,cumin seeds and mustard seeds
  20. Onion 1/2 finally chopped
  21. 1/2Onion paste
  22. 1medium size tomato paste
  23. tspGinger chilli garlic paste1-2
  24. 2-3 tspred chilli powder
  25. 1 tspturmeric powder
  26. 1 tspcoriander powder
  27. 1 tspgaram masala
  28. For bihari style vermicelli ki kheer:-
  29. 1 cupvermicelli
  30. 1 ltrmilk
  31. 1 tbspChopped almonds
  32. 1 cupSugar
  33. 1 tbspDesi ghee

Steps

    Sattu ke parathe :-

    For the sattu stuffing:-

    In 1 bowl add chana sattu coriander leaves,Salt,mango pickle masala,mustard oil,green chilli and ajwain mix all the ingredients well.

    Pour water mix well

    For dough

    In big bowl add flour, salt and oil mix well

  7. 7

    Gradually add water and knead to prepare soft dough

  8. 8

    Place the pan on gas to heat

  9. 9

    Roll out paratha

    Place 2-3tsp stuffing on the paratha wrap it up from all the sides

    Hence closing it.press the paratha and now coat the stuffed ball in dry flour

    Roll a thin paratha place the paratha on heated pan

    Chana ghugni:-

    For the chana ghugni first add chana in cooker add water 13/4 cup and cover the cooker cook it for 2 -3 vessel

    Heat the pan add oil Add cumin seeds mustard seeds and hing add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes

    Add ginger green chilli garlic paste add tomato onion paste and cook for 2-3 minutes

    Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder garam masala mix well add water and cook for 4-5 minutes

    Add chana and cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes turn off the flame

    For the vermicelli kheer in bihari style

    First heat the pan add ghee add vermicelli and roast for 2-3 minutes until they get little brown keep sti rring them constantly

    In another pan add milk add vermicelli

    Stir after every 2 minutes cook until vermicelli puffs up

  26. 26

    After add sugar cook the kheer for 5 minutes

    Add chopped almonds and cook for 2 minutes turn off the gas

    Vermicelli kheer in bihari style is ready
