Peel the skin of bottle guard and great it.

Now squeeze it and add gram flour to it add salt, coriander leaves,green chillies and little garam masala.

Now mix it well and make thick batter and fry bhajiya's of it.

Now take pan heat oil add cumin seeds when crackle add finely chopped onions fry when the onions are transulent add ginger garlic paste and fry.

Now add all the powdered masale (spices) and tomato puree fry till oil separates

Now add 2 cups of water and salt cover and let it boil fir 5 to 10 mins

Open and add the bhajiyas and cover again for 2 to 3 mins put off the gas garnish with fresh coriander
