Heat oil and temper Cumin seeds and bay leaf

Add Potatoes saute for a while

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it starts to get soft

Now add ginger paste saute well till the raw smell disappears

Add all the masalas and mix well adding tomato puree and green peas

Combine all ingredients well and cover adding water

Finally add sugar boil and switch off

Serve it with main course
