  • 1Carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 handfulBroccoli
  • 1Chicken breast

Steps

  1. 1

    Rub chicken breast with spice of choice and some Worcester sauce. Leave to marinate.

  2. 2

    Heat some cooking oil of choice then fry the chicken breast

  3. 3

    Boil vegetables for 5 minutes blanch them, and fry in a separate pan add some curry spice, salt and aromat.

  4. 4

    Simple and quick. Enjoy
