Meatpies are best consumed when hot this is one of my favorite snacks.
Steps

Sieve flour add baking powder, salt mix with margarine make sure you rub in everything evenly.

Add whisked egg and water knead to form a dough. Set aside

For the filling. Boil beef with washed and diced Irish potato and carrot with curry powder, stock cubes, thyme and water.

Mince beef or blend.

Heat frying pan and add small vegetable oil, add diced onion, minced beef, cooked carrot and Irish potato and stir fry for few minutes and set aside.

Knead your dough to a flat dough, cut a small square shape, place it on your meat pie cutter, add one spoon of your filling rub egg wash at the edge and seal, egg wash the surface of your meat pie and set to bake.

Continue for the remaining dough till its all exhausted.

Preheat your oven and bake for 50 minutes.
