Trim the meat and cut into even pieces

Marinate the meat using soy sauce,garlic,ginger,salt and vinegar for 30minutes in the fridge

Partly fry off the seasoned neat in the oil,then add the carrot,onion and garlic,and continue frying

Drain off the surplus fat,add the flour and mix

Singe in the oven or brown on top of the stove for a few minutes,or add previously browned flour

Add the tomato puree and stir with a wooden spoon

Add the stock and season

Simmer gently until cooked,correct the sauce and pass it in a clean pan

Serve sprinkled with parsley
