Marinate the chicken with Maida, corn flour, salt,Black Pepper powder, red chilli sauces, ginger and garlic paste, soya sauces and vinegar mix well with chicken.let it rest for half and hour for gud result or mini 15 mins.

Now we hve to fry the marinate chicken. Take a pan put some oil,let the oil get hot then add the chicken piece into the pan fry it. Till the chicken cook.

Now on the same pan remove the extra oil from the pan. Now put some fin chopped garlic in to the pan and fry it little.Now put the capsicum and onion and fry till little brown now add 2 spoon of schezwan sauces into the pan and salt to taste and black pepper mix it.

Now tke a small bowl put 2 tbls corn flour and half cup water mix well.now add the mixture to the pan and add 1 spoon of soya and red chilli sauces and now let the gravy get little boil.you can increase the consistency as per you want. Now put the chicken into the pan and mix it.allow the chicken to observe the gravy.

Now the chicken chilli is ready to eat. I don't prefer to eat green chilli so I keep it optional if you want you can add it as per your taste. Ready to eat the tasty chicken chilli Serve it hot.
