Add sugar to water. heat, dissolve.

Take flour in a large bowl.add coconut Cardamom,oil for moin mix nicely with flour.

Add sugar water Knead in stiff dough.

Divide dough into 5 portion shape each into a long inch wide cyclinder.

Cut slices.make a small poori.

Heat oil/ ghee.drop a few thekua at a time.

Deep fry over low heat till light golden and crispy.drain.cool.
