Ingredients

  1. 500 gmcabbage
  2. 100 gmmaida
  3. 100 gmcorn flour
  4. 3medium size onion
  5. 1medium size capsicum
  6. 2-3green chilli
  7. 1small size carrot
  8. 1 Teaspoonginger garlic paste
  9. 50 gmtomato sauce
  10. 1 Teaspoonchilli sauce
  11. 1 Teaspoonsoya sauce
  12. 1 Teaspoonvinegar
  13. Salt As required
  14. as neededRefined oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Finely chopped cabbage & carrot dough with required salt & water.

  2. 2

    Deep fry in shape of small size ball. Keep aside

  3. 3

    Cut capsicum & onion in square size. Green chilli cut in long thin shape.

  4. 4

    In a bowl take tomato sauce, chilli sauce soya sauce mix well with 1 cup water & keep aside.

  5. 5

    A fry pan put on the stove & heat 2 teaspoon oil. Add chopped green chilli & pieces of capsicum & onion.

  6. 6

    Fry till brown

  7. 7

    Now pour mixture of sauce & fried vegetable balls. Fry about two Min.

  8. 8

    Add vinegar and again fry till semi dry.

  9. 9

    Ready to serve.
