Let's start with the dough...Take a vessel...Add maida,salt,curd,oil and form a crumble mixture...Then knead the dough using water into semi soft form..Cover and keep aside.

Now let's start with cholae..Soak chola in water for 8 hrs..Then pressure cook it by adding one pouch each of tea bag, and khada garam masala..

Heat oil in a wok..Add cumin seeds,tej patta.And finely chopped onion...Once they r brown..Add green chilli ginger garlic paste,saute fir few mun,add turmeric powder,garam masala,red chilli powder,cholae masala and cook for 2 min..now add tamarind pulp,boiled cholae and cook for another 15 min..here u can add water depending upon your consistency..inbetween mash 1 tbsp cholae for thick consistency...

Roll thin chapati a of dough and deep fry it till brown.

Ready to serve the baturae with cholae,onion slices and chillies
