Steps

Add all ingredients in the mashed potatoes. Mix well.

Roll out palm sized chapati and fill 2 tbsp of the potato mixture. Make a ball again.

Let it set for 2 mins. Do the same for rest of the dough. Roll out like chapati.

Heat oil in a pan. Shallow fry parantha one at a time.
- 5
Serve with any chutney of your choice.
