2boiled potatoes
8 piecesbread
1/2 tbspblack salt
1/2 tbspchat masala
Salt as per taste
1/2 tbspamchur powder
1/2 tbspred chilli powder
1/2 tbspcumin powder
2 tbspclarified butter
1 tbspoil
1/2 tbsprosted cumin

Steps

Peel and mash the potato.

Heat 1 tbs oil add cumin and add potato & add all spices saute 2 m.

Now heat a tawa fill the mixture in bread slices & Toast with butter.

Serve with sauce ya green chutney
