Ingredients

2-4 minutes
1 serving
  • 4 tablespoonsflour
  • 2 tablespoonssugar
  • 1/8 teaspoonbaking powder
  • Handfulblueberries
  • Vanilla essence
  • 3 tablespoonsmilk
  • 2 tablespoonsvegetable oil
  • Pinchsalt

Steps

2-4 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in small bowl

  2. 2

    Add in milk, vegetable oil and vanilla essence. Whisk to form smooth batter

  3. 3

    Add blueberries and fold into the mixture

  4. 4

    Pour cake batter into a microwave safe mug

  5. 5

    Cook for 4 minutes. If your microwave is high powered cook for 2 minutes then check if done. To know if its done tap the middle it should be firm not sticky

  6. 6

    Enjoy!
