Steps

First wash then remove seeds from the jamuns

Blend the seed less jamun in a mixer blender

Take a flat bottom pan, put the pulp and sugar and flame on

Cook the jamun pulp along with sugar while stirring constantly on slow to medium flame

Cook till the mixture get semi thick consistency..soon the flame off..

☑ check it by pouring the mixture on a plate whether the water content is still there or not by slanting the plate..if water content from mixture slop down then cook some more

Flame off.. Cool down the mixture.. Squeeze lemon juice and put 1/8 of spoon of citric acid

Indian black berries Jam is ready

Transfer it into a Clean and dry glass bowl or jar

Serve as bread jam or as yo'r choice

Tip ;store the jam in refrigerator then u can consume it for at least 6 months
