Ingredients

  • 500 gmpaneer
  • 2Onion
  • 1 tspGinger
  • 1-2Green chilli
  • 2-3Tomato
  • 3Green cardamom
  • 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  • 3 tablespoonsGhee
  • 1 teaspoonGaram masala powder
  • 3 tablespoonsTomato
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cupWater
  • 2 tablespoonFresh cream
  • 2 cupCurd
  • 1 cupMilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Put a pan on low flame and add roughly chopped onions,green chill, tomatoes, ginger are separately.

    Now in a bowl add the curd and whisk it well. Add the tomatoes chopped. It's like a gravy. Put a pan on low flame and aheat add 3 tablespoon ghee in it.

    Add the red tomatoes chopped and cover the pan with a lid. Cook for 8 minutes. Then i add the curd cook for another 5 minutes.add the 1 cup of water in a pan cook for 2 minutes.

    Now heat the ghee in another pan and add the ground gravy in it along with red chilli powder, Garam masala powder, tomato sauce and salt.

    When it's boil like a gravy add the paneer cubes with add milk also.

  6. 6

    Cook for 5 minutes and add some fresh cream.

  7. 7

    After all cook them and off the gas stove. Finished my tasty shahi paneer and serve it rice. It can be pulao and naan also.
