Steps

Roll out the pastry to 3mm thick into a strip 10cm wide

Shape the sausage meat into a roll 2cm in diameter

Place the sausage meat on to the pastry.moisten the edges of the pastry

Fold over and seal.cut into 8 cm length

Mark the edge with a fork.brush with egg wash

Place on to a greased,dampened baking sheet
- 7
Bake at 220°© for approximately 20 minutes
