Paneer Tikka

Paneer and curd both are rich sauce of protein.
Steps

Cut paneer and vegetables in big cube size.

In a bowl take hung curd add salt, turmeric, 1 tsp chaat masala, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, both chilli powders,1tbsp lemon juice

Mix well add vegetables and paneer in this batter marinate thi for 2 hours or over night in refrigerator.

After2 hours take your bowl out and assemble this on Sate sticks first onion next capsicum next paneer next tomato repeat it.

Preheat oven to the 200℃, on grill rack place tikka and bake for 10 minutes.

Your tikka is ready serve with pudina chutney,onion, lemon,season with chaat masala and garnish in your own style.
