FOR CHAPATI
Add flour,maida,oil and salt to a mixing bowl.make a soft dough using water as required - 2
Knead it very well until soft.set this aside until the stuffing is ready

Then make the rotis.Heat a tawa,transfer the roti to the griddle and begin to toast it.cook on both the sides until golden to brown.stack these in a plate lined with kitchen tissues

For filling
Take a pan add oil,deggi mirch,ginger garlic paste and onion sauté for a min - 5
Now add tomatoes,salt,and dry all spices sauté for a 2-3mins

Then add boiled black eyed peas,pizza sauce,seasoning and mix well

Now add shredded cheese (optional) mix together.Cool this mixture completely

For frankie
Smear olive oil thinly all over the Roti then spread chilli sauce,tomato sauce over the Roti including the edges - 9
Place the black eyed peas mixture to one edge and drizzle the chopped onions,cheese and fold both the edges to seal.
Begin to roll tightly to make a roll.
serve with green chutney 😋
