Mix all the merinating ingredients in a bowl and mix diced paneer in it and refrigerate it for 1 hours

Now take a pan heat oil or ghee add cumin seeds and then put chopped onions to it and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Then put ginger garlic paste and sauté again for few minutes. When onions turned brown then add tomatpaste in it mix well. Add dry masalas to the mixture and cook it until it leaves the oil. Now add fresh cream and again cook for 2 minutes and now add merinated paneer into the gravy

Mix well and cook it until it gets thickened and add a little water to the gravy cover it with a lid and cook until the gravy leaves oil. Garnish it with fresh mint leaves and serve hot with naan or rice
