Roast the corn in salamander or a non-stick pan, then heat oil in a pan and add garlic and onion and saute for a while, then add corn and capsicum and cook for a while, add green chillies and seasoning. Add baked beans and mix properly and keep aside.

Take tortillas, slightly cook them on a griddle, put some filling in the center and sprinkle some cheese, roll it and shallow fry the roll till golden in color. Add a layer of sour cream and salsa on top and serve.
