Heat ghee in a pan.Add carrots and saute till colour changes.

Now add sugar and mix.This will leave some water and we need to dry it on hi flame.

Keep stirring.Carrots will also get cooked meanwhile.

Now after sometime add khoya and mix well.

Keep stirring till halwa is dry.Add cardamom powder and mix nicely.

Once halwa is thick turn off the heat.

Delicious halwa is ready to eat.You can eat hot or cold as per your wish.
