Steps

First take ghee in a kadhai. Add grated carrots. Cook for few minutes till water evaporates.

Add sugar, condensed milk & cook till it thickens & ghee leaves. Add dry fruits.. almonds, cashews & raisins

For rabdi. Take milk in a flat bottom pan & cook on low flame for 10 mins

Add condensed milk, milk powder, & bread mashed to thicken the rabdi

Add cardamom powder & saffron. Add dry fruits finely cut lengthwise

Take spring roll sheets. Place shahi gajrela on one side, fold them in cylindrical shape.

Heat oil & deep fry. Take rabdi in short glasses. Cut spring rolls in pieces. Place in glasses & serve with chilled rabdi
