Ingredients

1 -2 hrs
4 servings
  • 5potatoes(peel and cut into dices)
  • 250 ggreen beans,(cut into small strips)
  • 1 teaspoonaromat
  • 100 gbutter
  • 4sweetcorn on the cob
  • 300 grice

Steps

1 -2 hrs
  1. 1

    Boil potatoes and green beans until soft then drain water and add margarine and aromat

  2. 2

    Boil sweetcorn for 45 minutes then remove from heat, rub with margarine then oven grill for 15 minutes

  3. 3

    Rinse rice and boil till it's soft

  4. 4

    Served with fried hake and relish
