Steps

Heat oil in pan,add mustard seeds & cumin seeds, crackle it.

Add methi leaves, saute.

Add peas, green chilli, salt & turmeric powder saute, cover with lid till peas get semi-soft

Add chopped carrots, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder saute well & cover the lid

Let carrots & peas get cooked.

Lastly add some amchur powder & also squeeze half lemon & mix well.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Ready to get served/attacked👍
