Separate the the egg yolk and egg white,put the egg yolk to the cream mixture and beat the egg white until fluffy.mix well the cream mixture and egg yolk, followed by the egg white.

Add the flour little at a time alternating with lemon juice and zest(start and end With flour)so as to have a dropping consistency

Prehea the oven at180°C and grease the baking tin

Bake until inserted skewer comes out clean

Cool on a wire rack then enjoy
