  • Plantain
  • Salt
  • Palm oil
  • Onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Bleach the palm oil till is transparent,allow it to cool place back on the heat.

  2. 2

    Salt the plantain and pour. In.Divide the onion into 4 halves and put in the oil.

  3. 3

    Fry the plantain,flip under to fry.and select out
