Brown meats with garlic, drain, add spaghetti sauce, cook on low heat until it boils, remove from heat, set aside

Boil salted water, add noodles. Cook noodles about ten minutes or until you can cut open and see they are tender and not starchy. Drain, set aside.

Pre Heat oven to 350

Mix together ricotta, egg, and parmesan cheese until blended.

In 3qt, 12x9" casserole pan, lay one row of cooked noodles down then a cross layer over and under those noodles. Add thin layer of meat sauce then thin layer of ricotta mix to the edges, top with some shredded Mozzarella. Then add another crossed up noodle layer, then layer of ricotta mix, then final layer of meat sauce to the edges. Finish with layer of shredded mozzarella, some extra parmesan cheese, and fresh mozzarella pearls to the edges.

Bake for 40 minutes. Cool for 15-20 minutes.
