  1. 5 piecesHalf ripe plantain
  2. Salt
  3. 4 piecesFresh tomatoes
  4. 1medium sized Corn
  5. 1cksp Crayfish
  6. 3 piecesFresh pepper
  7. 1Onion
  8. 2big Pomo
  9. HandfulScent leaves
  10. 2Star cubes
  11. 1cksp Red oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the pomo,Boil with pomo till is soft.

  2. 2

    Cut the half ripe plantain in cubes,blend the crayfish and fresh pepper,Salt,Star cubes,Onion,red oil and half cup of water.place on the heat.

  3. 3

    Boil for 15minutes,turn very well with a spartular and cut the scent leaves pour in, and turn again.My delicious is ready
