  1. 3 (14.5 ounce)can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  2. 2 TbspRed hot wings sauce
  3. 1/2 cupjalapeños, chopped
  4. 1/3 cupplus 1 table spoon tahini (Sesame paste)
  5. 3Garlic cloves, chopped
  6. 1/2 teaspoonground cumin
  7. Juice of 1/2 lemon
  8. 1/4 cupolive oil
  9. 1 pinchSalt
  10. (Optional) 1 loaf pita bread

    And the chickpeas into a food processor.

  2. 2

    Then add the garlic, cumin, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.

  3. 3

    Add jalapeños, hot sauce, and tahini.

  4. 4

    Pulse until the mixture is smooth and combined. Add up to 1/2 of water if not right texture.

  5. 5

    Place on pita bread if desired.
