Masoor daal kababs and Muffins

Drain out the water from soaked daal and churn it in a mixer to make a fine paste

Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with daal evenly. Heat the oil in a pan. Make small round balls and flatten them and fry these kababs in the oil till golden brown.

Take muffin mould and Grease it with oil. Pour the kababs mixture in it and bake it in a preheated oven at 180• c for 12-15 minutes. Check it with a toothpick. If it comes clear then muffins are ready to eat.

Sprinkle some chaat masala on ready kababs and muffins and serve hot with tomato sauce and green chutney. Kids don't like to eat daal but they will love these muffins surely and they get the nutrients of daal too easily and happily
