Ingredients

  1. 7 oz (200 g)ground pork shoulder
  2. 1/2 bundleglass noodles (cellophane noodles)
  3. A fewdried wood ear mushrooms
  4. 2duck eggs
  5. 1small onion, finely chopped
  6. 1carrot, shredded and finely chopped
  7. 1 teaspoonsugar
  8. 1 1/2 teaspoonsseasoning powder
  9. 1 teaspoonground black pepper
  10. Spring roll wrappers

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients above except for the spring roll wrappers.

    Moisten the spring roll wrappers. Place half a wrapper in the center, add filling, and roll tightly so the rolls are neat and won’t break when frying.

  3. 3

    After rolling, heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add the spring rolls and roll them gently to create a round, firm shape while frying.
