Ingredients

1 kgcarrot
1 cupsugar or to taste
1 bowlfresh malai
1/2 cupmixed dry fruits

Grate the carrots and put in a kadahi

Add sugar and when it boils simmer the gas

Stir it

When becomes dry add fresh malai

Stir it well

When cook properly add dry fruits

Serve hot.

It is the easy method of this halwa but taste is awesome
