Take 1/4 cup Massor Dal.

Soak Massor Dal for 2 hours in deep bowl with 1 cup water.

Roast Garlic cloves on open flame with help of tong.

Till they brown not brunt.Peel them and keep it aside.

Combine the Masoor,salt, 1 cup water in a pressure cooker.

Pressure cook for 3 whistles.Allow Steam to release before opening the lid.

Heat a pan Add Oil.

Add Red Chillies,Curry leaves, Tamarind,Jargery,Cumin,Roasted Garlic.Saute!

Now combine Masoor dal, and Sauted ingredients.

Add Salt and Blend in a mixer till smooth.

Serve Dip with any type of Pakoda.
