Boil the milk in a saucepan

Now redcuce the flame and add lemon juice for curdling the milk, within few minutes water will start separating from the milk.

Now switch off the flame and keep aside the saucepan for 5-6 minutes.

Now strain the water from crudle milk.When the water full drained.

Wash the Chena with cold water.

Squeez the excess water and strainer keep on a top or plate for draine drop of water.

Now take a mixing bowl and put the Chena.

Add some maida, garam masala powder, bkack pepper powder, sugar and salt

Knead the chena very well and make a soft and smooth dough.

Take lemon size portions of the mixture to palm and little press and stuff chopped nuts inside

Make a shape of cylinder, ovel,round ball as you wish.

Now take some maida and roll the stuffed kofta in it.

Heat the sufficient oil in a pan

Put the kofta balls in batches fry them until become golden brown. Keep them aside

Now heat the same pan discard excess oil and pour 1 tblspn.oil.

Add cumin seeds when crackle add whole garam masala spices.

Add ginger, bay leaf, chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes when tomatoes are mashy.

Now add all dry spices(cumin, Coriander,red chilli,Turmeric powder) add youghurt and add some water and mix well into whole masala

Add sugar and salt.

Now add Water for gravy and mix properly. Let it boil add koftas. Cook in medium flame.

Cover with lid. Add garam masala and ghee.

Switch off the flame and put the gravy in serving bowl.
