Steps

Fry potato cubes, paneer cubes and boiled soya chunks separately. keep aside. (sprinkle some salt during frying)

Fry sliced onions in a pan till golden brown. cool. then blend the fried onions along with cashew, almond and coconut milk.

Heat 2tbsp in a pan. add green cardamom, cloves and cinnamon stick. then add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander powder, 1/2tsp salt and little water. mix well for 2 mins. then add the onion paste and mix well. add 100ml water and beaten curd. bring to boil.

Then add the fried potatoes paneer and soya chunks. sprinkle garam masala powder. close the lid and let simmer for 5 mins.

Serve hot with roti or rice
