In a pressure cooker boil potatoes till 4 pressure.

When done, remove skin and mashed potatoes with masher.

In a non stick pan crackle rai, then add green chilli paste.

Saute for few seconds, now add all spices, salt.

Add mashed potatoes and mix well.

Remove from heat and Keep aside.

When cool make small round shaped balls.

In a bowl add gram flour, salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder.

Mix well and make pouring consistency batter using sufficient water.

Dip balls in batter and fry in hot oil till golden colour appear.

Cut paav from middle, apply butter on both sides, green chutney, tomato sauce,put vada and serve with ketchup.
