Put together all the ingredients at one place

Grind together boiled kabuli chana, ginger green chillies and mint leaves

Grind them coarsley

Take out the mixture in a mixing bowl

Now add the other ingredients like fried onions, chopped coriander, garlic paste, amchur powder, kasoorimethi, elaichi powder and salt

Mix them well with your hands and make it like a dough

Make equal sized flat balls from the dough

Heat oil in a pan on low heat

Place the ready flat balls in the hot pan

When becomes light brown from one side then flip them over to the other side

Roast them untill become light brown from both the sides

When done then arrange them in a serving platter along with kachumbar salad, lemon slices, green chutney, hung curd dip, tomato sauce and khus sharbat
