1 cupfinely sliced eggplant
1/3 cupsliced green beans
leavesFinely sliced kaffir lime
1/3 cuptapioca flour
1 pinchMSG
1 teaspoonsalt
2 tablespoonssugar
2eggs
Vegetable oil for frying
2 tablespoonsred curry paste

Slice everything finely and place in a mixing bowl.

Add the flour, eggs, and seasonings. Put on gloves and mix until sticky.

Fry in oil over medium heat. Once cooked, remove and place on a plate to serve.

Serve with tamarind sauce and add sliced cucumber for a different taste.
