Heat ghee in a pan and add wheat flour and fry till it begins to give aroma.

Then add soya and ragi flour and saute for another few minutes till we get rich aroma of all the flours.

Then off the flame and add gud, sesame, coconut, badam and mix well.

Take a greased plate and sprinkle some khuskhus, dry coconut, almond slivers and then pour the mixture.

Press lightly to level it.

Cut to pieces when warm.

Cool and serve or store in an airtight container and relish the sweet for 10-12 days.
