Ingredients

20 minutes
10-12 servings
  1. 3/4 cupghee
  2. 1/2 cupwheat flour
  3. 1/4 cupsoya flour
  4. 1/4 cupragi flour
  5. 1 cupgrated jaggery
  6. 1 tbspgrated dry coconut
  7. 1 tbspwhite sesame
  8. 1 tbspalmond slivers
  9. 1 tbsppoppy seeds

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan and add wheat flour and fry till it begins to give aroma.

  2. 2

    Then add soya and ragi flour and saute for another few minutes till we get rich aroma of all the flours.

  3. 3

    Then off the flame and add gud, sesame, coconut, badam and mix well.

  4. 4

    Take a greased plate and sprinkle some khuskhus, dry coconut, almond slivers and then pour the mixture.

  5. 5

    Press lightly to level it.

  6. 6

    Cut to pieces when warm.

  7. 7

    Cool and serve or store in an airtight container and relish the sweet for 10-12 days.
