
Lemon Chicken with Asparagus (or Spinach)

Cover chicken with flour, salt, and pepper.

Melt butter in large skillet medium high and saute chicken 3 to 5 minutes per side, sprinkling with lemmon pepper until golden brown. Remove chicken.

Add chopped asparugus and saute for a few minutes. Remove asparagus.

Saute lemmon slices in pan until caramolized with butter/honey. Remove lemons.
- 5
Reassemble all ingrediants in pan. Veggies, chicken, lemmon slices. Ready to serve.
